Job Description: We are hiring Molding Machine Operators for our plastic manufacturing unit. The role involves operating injection molding or thermoforming machines, monitoring production, and ensuring that parts are produced as per quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate injection molding or thermoforming machines as per instructions Set and adjust basic machine parameters under the guidance of a supervisor Load and unload molds, handle material feeding, and part removal Monitor machine operation and report any abnormalities or defects Perform visual inspection and basic quality checks on produced parts Maintain cleanliness and 5S in the work area Ensure proper documentation of daily production output Follow safety protocols and wear PPE during machine operation Assist in tool changeovers and minor maintenance activities if trained Coordinate with QC and maintenance teams as required Key Skills Required: Basic knowledge of machine operation and controls Understanding of plastic materials and molding cycle Ability to follow work instructions and SOPs Physically fit and ready to work in shifts Awareness of quality standards and safety procedures Preferred Candidate: ITI / Diploma holder in relevant trade Fresher or 1–3 years of hands-on experience in plastic molding Willing to work in rotational shifts and take responsibility for machine output
