Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and socially driven Field Executive to mobilize students for a government-backed educational initiative. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator with a deep understanding of local communities and a passion for public service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with local communities to identify and mobilize eligible students
• Communicate the benefits of the government project with clarity and conviction
• Build trust and rapport with students, parents, and community leaders
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and student data
• Represent the organization with integrity and professionalism
• Provide regular field updates and feedback to the management team

• Excellent persuasion and public engagement abilities
• Familiarity with local areas and community dynamics
