Mobile Phone Mechanic

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Mobile Phone Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in mobile phone repair and basic computer knowledge. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of smartphone issues, along with handling basic computer tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair smartphone issues (hardware and software)
• Replace screens, batteries, and internal components
• Perform data backups, factory resets, and software updates
• Handle basic computer-related tasks (e.g., data transfer, OS installation, typing reports)
• Provide excellent customer service and clearly explain repair issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mobile phone repair
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting
• Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication skills
