Provide technical support to
international customers
via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot software/hardware issues
and guide users through step-by-step solutions.
Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Meet performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, issue resolution time, and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

Technical Knowledge & Experience:
Mandatory:
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with
Active Directory, O365, DNS, DHCP, and Networking
(for experienced candidates in an International Process).
Strong knowledge and experience in
Active Directory, O365, EPS, Microsoft products, DNS, DHCP, RFC, and OneDrive
.
Communication:
Excellent communication skills in English
(both verbal and written).
Education:
Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).
Flexibility:
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on rotational offs.
Experience Level:
Freshers are welcome; up to 1 year of tech support experience is preferred.
