ML Engineer/ Data Scientist

As a ML Engineer/Data Scientist at Innova ESI in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for leveraging your strong background in Computer Science and Algorithms to work on pattern recognition, neural networks, algorithms, and statistical methods in order to deliver end-to-end data solutions. Your role will involve collaborating in cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation through innovative and sustainable IT solutions. You should have a deep understanding of machine learning and NLP, along with commercial experience in building and deploying LLM solutions. With 4-8 years of relevant experience, you are expected to demonstrate exceptional coding ability, particularly in Python, and be familiar with ML tools and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, pandas, and scikit-learn. Your proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, combined with knowledge of Statistics and its application in data analysis, will be key in working with complex algorithms and data models. In addition, you should have a strong understanding of MLOps best practices and experience in deploying LLM applications to production at scale. As a problem solver and self-starter, you enjoy tackling difficult problems and finding optimal solutions independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. This full-time hybrid role offers flexibility for some remote work while being primarily based in Bengaluru.
