Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support decision-making processes within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of data management and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain regular reports for management review.
Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
Coordinate with various departments to gather and verify data.
Assist in the development and implementation of MIS policies and procedures.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities.
Support the team in ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.).
Experience with database management and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of SQL and data querying.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
