We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems and Middleware Support Engineer with hands-on experience in supporting enterprise business applications such as Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, Tableau, JBoss, MicroStrategy, Web Methods, or similar platforms.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Unix, Windows, and AIX operating systems administration, with strong shell scripting skills for automation.
You will provide expert-level support for middleware technologies, application/web servers, and manage automation jobs using Control-M. A working knowledge of database management, firewalls, load balancers, and network components is essential.
