Engage with stakeholders and end-users to collect and document business requirements.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and process reviews to understand current and target states.
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
Define workflows, data models, UI designs, and configuration requirements.
Work with developers and consultants to validate feasibility and alignment with business goals.
Leverage out-of-the-box D365 functionalities to configure solutions.
Identify customization needs and collaborate with developers to deliver enhancements.
Ensure proper system setup to support business processes and reporting needs.
Support change initiatives by partnering with stakeholders and change teams.
Assist with communication planning, impact assessments, and user adoption strategies.
Proactively identify and manage resistance or risks related to change.
Understand manufacturing, procurement, sales, trade, and distribution processes.
Provide insights and recommendations to align system capabilities with operational needs.
Maintain detailed documentation including requirements, functional specs, and user manuals.
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor system usage, performance, and KPIs.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
Stay current with D365 updates, new features, and best practices.
Identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
Provide feedback to improve system design and user experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and organized
High attention to detail and time management
Comfortable working with distributed teams and cross-cultural communication
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
You work well independently but are also a strong team player
You are quick to learn new systems and technologies
You communicate effectively across skill levels and geographies
Experience in end-to-end D365 implementation cycles
Exposure to Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
