MICE Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads for MICE business through networking, corporate visits, cold calling, and market research.
• Pitch MICE services to corporates and event organizers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and agencies.
• Understand client requirements and propose customized MICE solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for cost estimation, proposals, and execution.
• Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports on sales activities, pipelines, and closures.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in MICE sales or B2B travel/event sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,446.57 per month
