The Industrial Engineering Head will lead the transformation of shop floor operations and business processes by designing, implementing, and optimizing industrial systems. The role requires strategic planning, lean manufacturing expertise, cross-functional coordination, and strong data analysis to drive plant productivity, cost reduction, and operational efficiency. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration Mentor a team of Industrial Engineers, interns, and supervisors.
