MERN Stack Developer

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing modern, scalable web applications utilizing React, Node.js, and MongoDB. Your contributions will involve working closely with global clients to transform intricate requirements into clean and efficient code. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 3-5 years of experience in React and Node.js, along with proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Familiarity with REST APIs, MongoDB, and either MySQL or PostgreSQL is essential. Strong Git version control skills, the ability to write modular and testable code, and experience with automation testing tools like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress are also required. Furthermore, excellent debugging and troubleshooting abilities, coupled with a clear understanding of performance optimization techniques, will be valuable assets in this position. Effective communication skills for client interaction and exposure to Salesforce and online community platforms such as Khoros, Vanilla, HigherLogic, and Gainsight are considered advantageous. Previous experience in product-based environments is a plus. As a MERN Stack Developer at Grazitti Interactive, your responsibilities will include building full-stack applications using the MERN stack, collaborating with design and product teams to translate UI/UX designs into functional software, implementing responsive front-end components, and scalable back-end services. You will also be tasked with integrating APIs and third-party tools, engaging in technical discussions, participating in code reviews and peer feedback sessions, ensuring code quality through unit testing and documentation, optimizing applications for speed, performance, and scalability, as well as maintaining and enhancing existing applications.
