Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser in their Home textiles division located in Erode. The Merchandiser will be responsible for executing day-to-day tasks including managing inventory, placing orders, arranging product displays, and tracking sales. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, ensuring product availability, and providing excellent customer service. The Merchandiser will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Retail environments
• Knowledge of Marketing principles and strategies
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in merchandising is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
