MEP Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities at our construction site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring quality and compliance in all MEP installations, inspections, and maintenance works, ensuring project milestones and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day MEP site activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Review MEP drawings, plans, and specifications and ensure execution as per approved standards.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, architectural teams and subcontractors for MEP integration.
• Monitor MEP work progress and provide timely updates to management.
• Ensure proper installation of HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, water supply, drainage, and other related systems.
• Inspect equipment and installations for conformance to design, safety, and quality standards.
• Identify technical issues, suggest solutions, and ensure timely resolution.
• Enforce safety procedures and promote a safe working environment.
• Maintain documentation including inspection reports, daily progress reports, and material inventory.
• Assist in preparing testing and commissioning schedules and participate in handover procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP supervision in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Familiarity with MEP standards, codes, and best practices.
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret MEP designs.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and project tracking tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per year
