Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for an MEP Project Manager. The MEP Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of construction projects. Daily tasks include project management, budgeting, handling submittals, and ensuring all MEP systems are integrated and functional. The MEP Project Manager will work closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and Plumbing
• Strong Project Management skills, including experience in handling submittals
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Job Location is Mumbai
