Job Description

Role: Lead MEP Design Engineer

Location: Mumbai/Noida

Salary: 18 LPA to 24 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Lead MEP Designs: Design HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
Coordination: Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to integrate MEP systems seamlessly.
System Calculations & Compliance: Perform system sizing and ensure designs comply with local regulations and client specifications.
Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for MEP design projects.
Quality Control: Review and ensure designs are of the highest quality, error-free, and meet the projects requirements.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and ensuring efficient workflows.
Technical Support: Resolve design-related issues during construction and assist in the implementation of MEP systems.

Qualifications:

Experience: 8-10 years of experience in MEP design.
Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, local codes, and industry standards. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Must have worked on international projects.
