Role & responsibilities Working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications, and schematics associated with trade. Prepare MEP layout drawings as per architectural plans Must have in-depth knowledge of Autocad or Revit design software. Capable of preparing drawings from concept until the finish. Good knowledge of Building Utilities. Familiar with byelaws, Industry standards. Should have a good understanding of the above-said requirements and must be willing to coordinate with site teams. Should have good knowledge of the tender documentation. Preparation of BOQs and specifications for the design proposed. Should be proactive and able to work independently. Making site visits to check on progress. Travel to meet clients as and when required. Preferred candidate profile Background of BE Electrical or Diploma in Electrical
