Capstone Technologies is on the lookout for a skilled MEP BIM Modeler with hands-on experience in Revit MEP to join our dynamic team in Madurai. If you’re passionate about Building Information Modeling and have a strong foundation in MEP systems with at least 2 years of Revit MEP experience, we’d love to connect!

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and manage accurate 3D MEP models using Revit MEP

✅ Collaborate with engineering and design teams for coordinated models

✅ Ensure compliance with company and BIM standards

✅ Generate coordinated shop drawings and documentation

✅ Update models based on design changes and site feedback

🎓 Qualifications:

🔹 Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Revit MEP modeling

🔹 Solid understanding of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems

🔹 Diploma/B.E in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

🔹 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

🔹 Effective communication and teamwork abilities
