BIMGS operates offices in Chennai, Bangalore, Singapore, Qatar, and the USA. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP BIM Modeler located in Chennai. The MEP BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Daily tasks include developing detailed construction drawings, coordinating with architectural and engineering teams, and ensuring model accuracy and compliance with industry standards. The role also involves working with project management to deliver high-quality BIM outputs for various stages of the project lifecycle. Qualifications Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Modeler skills Strong background in Architecture and Construction Drawings Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems Excellent technical and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment Relevant experience in the AEC industry is advantageous Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Architecture, Engineering) is preferred Show more Show less
