Job Role: Responsible for all recruitment related activities. Conducting HR interviews - region Addressing HRIC / appointment letter requests received on a daily basis Informing respective mentors of the discrepancies and guiding them to cure FTNR. Discrepancy resolution with the SM / RSM and Central Ops team. Addressing mails and queries of mentors pertaining to recruitment. Sending recruitment FTNR - MIS on a daily basis and preparing other various MIS related to HR Operations. Support / Co-ordination with SM, in completion of employee joining formalities Pan India. Handle Projects basis new initiatives as assigned from time to time. Key Responsibility: Complete Recruitment life cycle management Following up with business for HRIC Coordination with the Business Query/ HRIC Discrepancy resolution MIS/ Reports Mandatory Skill required: Graduation Mandatory Good verbal and written communication. Good knowledge of excel. Timeliness and adherence to deadlines. Customer service orientation Good coordination- to play a vital role between Business, Employee and other stakeholders Desirable Skill: Good verbal and written communication. Good knowledge of excel.
