Medical Receptionist

Position: Receptionist - Mindful Kids Trivandrum Job Type: Full-time Timing: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Mindful Kids Trivandrum is seeking a warm, patient, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our medical office, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our patients. Responsibilities: - Assist in the registration of new and existing patients. - Generate accurate bills for treatment services. - Clear patient doubts regarding treatment costs and provide information about the clinic in a clear and understandable manner. - Address facility-related issues. - Welcome patients, vendors, pharmaceutical representatives, and other visitors. - Scan relevant patient information into the EMR system. - Answer patient inquiries and provide assistance when required. - Track incoming phone calls using the general office number. - Utilize medical office software to schedule appointments.
