Role Overview

Managers – Mechanical

Key Responsibilities

Oversee complete site operations and mechanical construction activities
Lead multi-site project execution ensuring timelines, quality, and safety
Manage manpower, subcontractors, and construction resources
Interface with clients, consultants, and internal teams for seamless execution
Drive operational efficiency and cost control

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
20+ years of experience in Oil & Gas construction (SMP essential)
Strong exposure to EPC subcontracting practices and challenges
Hands-on experience with Gulf-based projects (ADNOC, ARAMCO, KNPC, etc.)
Proven leadership, team management, and planning abilities
