We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Engineer with a solid 7+ years of core experience in power plant operations and mechanical maintenance. The role focuses on ensuring smooth functioning and upkeep of critical mechanical systems such as boilers, turbines, and auxiliary machinery in the power generation facility.

You will be responsible for executing predictive and preventive maintenance, handling emergency breakdowns, ensuring safety compliance, and improving equipment reliability in a power plant setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and carry out mechanical maintenance and repair activities of all power plant equipment.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce machine downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage mechanical systems including Boilers, Turbine Generators (T.G.), and all auxiliary systems in the power plant.
• Monitor and maintain spare parts inventory for critical equipment readiness.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations as per plant standards.
• Maintain proper maintenance records, reporting, and documentation.
• Participate in shutdown activities, overhauling, and periodic inspections.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for optimal performance and production.
• Lead and support team members in training and skill development.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Hands-on experience with Boiler, Turbine, and Generator (BTG) systems.
• Strong knowledge of auxiliary systems used in power generation.
• Familiarity with power plant safety standards and compliance.
• Good command over maintenance tools, planning, and documentation.
• Effective teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
