Job Title: CFBC Boiler Operation Shift In-Charge Department: Power Plant (Champa) Reporting To: GM Power Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering Experience: 5 to 10 years Age Range: 35 - 45 years No. of Vacancies: 01 Salary Range - 35k to 45k Key Responsibilities: 1. Power Plant Operations: Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the power plant during the assigned shift. Supervise plant personnel to ensure smooth operations. Monitor plant performance and take corrective actions when necessary. 2. Plant Equipment Supervision: Ensure the proper functioning of CFBC boilers, turbines, generators, and auxiliary systems. 3. Personnel Supervision: Manage shift personnel, including operators, maintenance staff, and contractors. 4. Safety & Security: Enforce safety policies and ensure a secure working environment for all personnel. 5. Emergency Response: Handle emergencies, such as equipment failures or natural disasters, and take corrective actions to minimize downtime . 6. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on plant performance, maintenance activities, and any incidents. Skills & Competencies Required: Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other necessary software tools. Additional Details: Sala Range: 35,000 - 45,000 per month. Work Schedule: Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
