Job Title : Boiler Operation Desk Operator (CFBC) Location : Power Plant, Champa Experience : 5 to 10 Years Qualification : Diploma / B.E. Mechanical No. of Vacancies : 02 Job Responsibilities : Monitoring and Control : Oversee and control power plant operations from the control room. Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable electricity generation by continuously monitoring plant systems. Respond promptly to operational alarms and take necessary actions to maintain performance. System Operations : Monitor and manage CFBC boiler systems, including auxiliary equipment such as pumps, fans, and valves. Maintain optimal operating conditions and ensure a seamless power generation process, adjusting parameters as necessary. Shift Coordination : Manage shift operations, including startup and shutdown procedures, ensuring adherence to established protocols. Ensure smooth transitions between shifts by providing detailed handovers to the incoming team. Troubleshooting & Maintenance Support : Identify and troubleshoot operational issues in the CFBC boiler systems. Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely corrective actions and prevent future operational disruptions. Document and report any system anomalies, repair work, and preventive maintenance activities. Safety & Compliance : Strictly follow all safety guidelines and operational protocols, including emergency procedures. Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards to meet operational safety and environmental goals. Regularly inspect equipment and areas for safety hazards, ensuring necessary corrective actions are taken. Skills & Competencies Required : Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities : Ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex issues related to boiler operations. Operational Expertise : Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting CFBC boiler systems, auxiliary equipment, and related control systems. Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment : Ability to perform efficiently under pressure and in dynamic situations. Attention to Detail : Focus on maintaining operational precision and adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Communication Skills : Ability to communicate clearly with team members, shift coordinators, and maintenance personnel. Additional Details : Salary Range : 30,000 - 40,000 per month Work Conditions : Rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a focus on operational efficiency and safety.
