Job Title: IT Executive Location: Raipur , Chhattisgarh Department: Information Technology Reports To: HR Head / Head of IT Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to support and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing hardware, software, networks, and user support. You will ensure smooth IT operations and provide technical support to end-users while helping to implement new systems and technologies. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.) and software applications. Monitor and troubleshoot network, server, and connectivity issues. Provide first-line technical support to internal users, resolving issues via phone, email, or in-person. Maintain IT documentation, including asset inventory, user guides, and system configurations. Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and security across platforms (e.g., Active Directory, email, etc.). Ensure data backups are performed regularly and disaster recovery procedures are in place. Support and maintain company communication systems, including email and VoIP. Collaborate with external vendors for equipment procurement and technical support. Keep up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and suggest improvements to enhance business operations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in an IT support or systems administration role. Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems. Familiarity with networking concepts . Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, antivirus tools, and backup solutions. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
