Job Description

Lead the design and detailed engineering of mechanical systems and piping layouts for WTPs, STPs, and pumping stations.

Specify and select pumps, valves, blowers, compressors, and mechanical components based on process and hydraulic requirements.

Coordinate with process, civil, electrical, and instrumentation teams to ensure integrated and efficient system design.

Review and approve vendor drawings, datasheets, and equipment submittals for compliance with project specifications.

Oversee installation, alignment, and testing of mechanical equipment and piping systems at project sites.

Provide technical support during commissioning, start-up, and troubleshooting phases.

Ensure all designs and installations comply with ASME, ASTM, IS codes, and relevant industry standards.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including BOQs, specifications, layout drawings, and as-built documentation.
