Mechanical Design Engineer/Sr. Engineer

Job Description

I. Hiring specifications Job Purpose: To design and develop mechanical products and assemblies with a strong focus on manufacturability, precision engineering, and collaboration. The role involves creating 2D/3D designs, BOMs, and technical drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD, while ensuring the selection of appropriate components and adherence to project timelines. Role Expectations: Hands-on experience of designing in weldments, sheet metal and machining Knowledge of selecting bearings, motors and hardware etc. 2D drawings, 3d parts and Assembly in SolidWorks. Calculation of Machine Design Expertise and Knowledge of AutoCAD software. Experience of making BOM, GA drawings and Manufacturing Drawings. Good Knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with cross-function team Basic understanding of project management Knowledge of electrical components is an additional asset. II. PEOPLE SPECIFICATIONS Profile: Educational Qualifications:- B.Tech Mechanical Experience: with 3-4 years of experience as Mechanical designing in Automation and Robotics industry.
