Job Description – Mechanical Assembly Fitter
We are looking for experienced and dedicated Mechanical Assembly Fitters to join our team. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in machine assembly, installation, and commissioning. This role requires the ability to read machine drawings, perform precision fitting, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret machine drawings for accurate assembly.
Assemble machine parts as per drawings, tolerances, and ISO standards.
Understand and work with pneumatics and hydraulics (including diagrams).
Conduct quality inspection of parts using tools like Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, DTI, Slip Gauge, etc.
Modify parts as per requirements using tool room machines (M1TR, Surface Grinder, etc.).
Manage machine installation, commissioning, and sign-off with customers (MOM).
Complete projects within defined timelines.
Provide support in team leadership and ensure smooth coordination with team members and customers.
Key Skills
Strong knowledge of machine assembly, installation, and commissioning
Understanding of ISO fits, tolerances, and material selection
Familiarity with pneumatics and hydraulics
Skilled in using precision quality tools
Ability to modify parts using workshop machines
Good communication and team coordination
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
