Job Description

MEANStackTechManager

Role & responsibilities

Technical Leadership:
Lead the architecture, design, and development ofMEANstack applications.
Definetechnical standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure high code quality.
Evaluate and recommend tools,technologies, and processes for improvement.
Team Management:
Manage and mentor a team of full-stack developers.
Allocate resources effectively and support team growth through training and guidance.
Collaborate with HR to support hiring and onboarding processes.
Project Delivery:
Work closely with ProductManagers, UX/UI Designers, and QA teams to deliver features on time.
Define sprint goals, timelines, and deliverables using Agile methodologies.
Identify and mitigate risks or blockers in development cycles.
Stakeholder Communication:
Translate business requirements intotechnical solutions.
Report project status, timelines, and key metrics to senior management.
Act as atechnical point of contact for clients or stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of hands-on experience withMEANstacktechnologies:
MongoDB
,
Express.js
,
Angular (v8 or later)
,
Node.js
Proven experience managing teams and leading software development projects.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS).
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and modern DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
