Roles & Responsibilities : Implement process/tool/equipment modifications to support Engineering Change and Process Change requests at Engine & Genset Test shop Create/update manufacturing process documents - PFD, PFMEA, Safety FMEA, Control Plan, Standard Work and Standard Operating Procedures Configure and update test cycles in Test Automation Software - AVL PUMA, iASYS Orbit-E / FEV Morphee etc Conduct process audit and work with cross functional team to resolve audit findings within stipulated time. Conduct Ergonomic Study of test process, identify problems and implement suitable solution to eliminate ergonomic risks. Support continuous improvement drive by implementing improvement suggestions received from cross functional team. Support cross functional team to analyze engine test failure, identify the root cause using Six Sigma methodology and support for issue resolution. Required qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 7+ of experience is required. Experience in Engine Test is required. Flexibility to work in 1st / 2nd/ 3rd shifts.
