Job Title: STP Operator (Male Candidates Only – Immediate Joiner Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced STP Operation & Troubleshooting Executive to independently manage sewage and wastewater treatment plant operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting STP systems, a strong understanding of chemical and microbiological water parameters, and expertise in activated sludge and air treatment processes. Key Responsibilities: Independently operate, manage, and maintain the entire STP plant. Monitor and troubleshoot Activated Sludge Process (ASP), Anaerobic Sludge Digestion, and Bio Scrubber systems. Analyze water and sludge quality including BOD, COD, pH, turbidity, conductivity, and biogas parameters. Perform routine testing using lab instruments such as Spectrophotometer, BOD/COD meters, pH and Turbidity meters. Conduct daily monitoring of plant operations and process parameters. Lead weekly training sessions on STP operations and safety protocols. Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams for routine plant maintenance. Prepare and submit monthly performance reports and interact regularly with clients. Manage manpower planning, material forecasting, and procurement. Ensure HSE compliance through regular monitoring and documentation. Take corrective and preventive actions for continuous process improvement and failure reduction. Handle troubleshooting of both aerobic and anaerobic processes including chlorination. Requirements: Experience: 2–3 years in wastewater/STP operations and troubleshooting. Education: B.Sc.
