Job Description

Qualifications & Skills:  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering; MBA preferred.  Proven experience in B2B marketing, especially in industrial products or electrical panel building.  Understanding of export marketing, documentation, and compliance.  Strong digital marketing skills – SEO, PPC, social media, analytics.  Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.  Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.  Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical environment with cross-functional teams. Preferred:  Knowledge of IEC standards, industrial certifications, and the electrical industry ecosystem.  Experience in international marketing and dealing with distributors or channel partners overseas. Key Attributes:  Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset.  Strong creative and analytical capabilities.  Adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented.
