Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar, aligning with business objectives, key product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across ATL (Above the Line), BTL (Below the Line), and digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.
Lead end-to-end digital marketing initiatives including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, content strategy, and email marketing to maximize digital ROI and online presence.
Strategically plan and execute ATL initiatives (TV, radio, print) and BTL activities (on-ground events, activations, POS materials) tailored for diverse markets.
Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to benchmark brand performance and identify emerging opportunities; leverage insights to refine marketing strategies and gain market share.
Identify and evaluate new market segments and business development opportunities to drive growth and enhance market penetration.
Own all corporate communications, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across internal stakeholders and external partners, media, and customers.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team; foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning aligned with brand goals.
Identify, onboard, and manage third-party vendors and creative agencies to ensure on-time, on-brand, and on-budget campaign execution.
Track and analyze key marketing KPIs, generate actionable insights, and continuously optimize strategies for improved effectiveness and ROI.
Plan, manage, and monitor the marketing budget to ensure strategic allocation of resources, cost-efficiency, and maximum return on investment.
