Job Description

Products/ Services: Lockers, Deposits, Mutual Funds Responsible for the overall sales and operational function of the branch Manage team to build sales / operational functional excellence Handholding, mentoring and coaching for performance Plan and execute activities to promote products and services to acquire clients Engage client relationship to enhance stickiness thus creating opportunities for up sell and cross sell. Achieve product and revenue mix as will be decided my Management from time to time. Ensure promptness in handling MIS including escalations relating to sales activities and documentation Track and Manage performance of sales and back end staff Adhere to rules and regulations, monitor them regularly Take accountability for Consistent achievement of monthly targets.
