Job Description

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive student acquisition for grades 6th–12th.
  • Plan and implement school outreach programs, tie-ups, and seminars.
  • Handle ATL/BTL campaigns, including newspaper ads, hoardings, flyers, and van activations.
  • Manage social media campaigns, content creation, and digital ad performance.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and maintain market intelligence.
  • Build and maintain relations with school principals, teachers, and education consultants.
  • Collaborate with the sales and academic teams to ensure smooth lead-to-admission conversion.
  • Track ROI on all campaigns and prepare periodic performance reports.
  • Support in event planning, brand building, exhibitions, and parent engagement activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,694.76 - ₹30,000.00 per month
