Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the restaurant's brand presence and market share. Create and implement innovative marketing plans that align with business objectives. Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the restaurant's brand identity. Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials. Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, online promotions, and influencer partnerships. Implement SEO and SEM strategies to optimize online presence and attract a wider audience. Customer Engagement: Devise and implement customer engagement programs to build loyalty and enhance the overall dining experience. Utilize customer feedback to improve service offerings and address concerns. Promotions and Campaigns: Plan and execute effective promotional campaigns to drive footfall and increase revenue. Collaborate with internal teams to create appealing offers and packages. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly. Event Management: Conceptualize and organize events to promote the restaurant and create memorable experiences for customers. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful event execution. Requirements: Proven experience as a Marketing Head in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
