Marketing Manager – Beauty D2C (Product, Content & Growth)

We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead and scale digital marketing for a fast-growing beauty & skincare brand.

This role is ideal for someone from a beauty-focused D2C or e-commerce background who understands the nuances of product marketing, content strategy, digital campaigns, and influencer engagement and is ready to take full ownership of brand growth across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches
• Build and manage content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and podcasts
• Handle influencer marketing and creator collaborations
• Track campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and SEO tools
• Collaborate with product, tech, and design teams for campaign execution
• Lead brand storytelling, platform growth, and digital engagement
• Own and optimize growth KPIs and marketing dashboards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in a marketing role within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care brands
• Experience with digital marketing, content strategy, and performance tracking
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, GA4, and SEO fundamentals
• Proven experience working with influencers and content creators in the beauty space
• Hands-on ownership mindset, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally
• Strong communication, aesthetic, and organizational skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience launching new products/SKUs in the beauty category
• Knowledge of email/SMS marketing or CRM tools
• Past exposure to visual branding or packaging campaigns

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
