As the Marketing Lead, Automotive at Wipro, you will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and managing integrated demand generation, account-based marketing, and deal pursuit campaigns to enhance the Wipro brand and drive measurable business outcomes. Your role will involve collaborating closely with senior automotive business, account, and sales leaders, along with a team of marketing experts, to enhance pipeline, sales, and revenue results through digital-first marketing initiatives tailored to meet buyers" requirements. In the realm of Demand Generation, you will focus on enhancing mindshare, deal origination, and client acquisition by executing targeted digital-first campaigns that showcase Wipro's thought leadership, case studies, and analyst accolades through virtual and in-person engagements aimed at assisting buyers in addressing challenges and seizing opportunities. For Account-Based Marketing, your goal will be to improve client retention and expand share of wallet by running targeted digital-first campaigns that bring Wipro's successful client collaborations to life through people-centered content programs to strengthen buyer relationships and expand Wipro's presence within accounts. In Deal Pursuit Marketing, you will work on increasing win rates and revenue by executing targeted digital-first campaigns that highlight and differentiate Wipro's solutions, enhancing clients" preference to collaborate with Wipro through engaging digital and in-person interactions during deal pursuits. The ideal candidate for this role is a collaborative and dedicated marketing leader with a knack for identifying business opportunities and crafting strategic marketing plans that drive tangible business outcomes. You should have experience collaborating with senior business, account, and sales leaders to develop and implement marketing programs. Proficiency in integrating various marketing channels such as website, email, social media, display ads, and events is crucial. Additionally, familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, or similar tools is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities include developing strategic marketing plans in collaboration with business teams, executing demand generation and account-based marketing initiatives, planning marketing activities with agencies, deepening industry knowledge, analyzing competition's strategies, managing leads, analyzing data for insights and improvements, strategizing win strategies with deal pursuit teams, organizing engaging events, building a network within and outside the organization, maintaining project plans, tracking execution, reporting status, and managing budgets. To be successful in this role, you should have 8-10 years of experience in strategizing, developing, and executing demand generation, account-based marketing, and deal pursuit campaigns within enterprise organizations.,
