Role Overview

As a Marketing Intern at Kustodian, you’ll work closely with the founding team to shape the brand’s voice across channels. You’ll use a mix of AI tools, research, and creativity to build content that informs, educates, and converts. This is a hands-on role designed for someone who wants to make a visible impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) that reflects our brand tone and mission
• Help develop a library of short-form videos, including explainers, product demos, and user stories
• Write and polish copy for landing pages, onboarding flows, product UI, banners, and notifications
• Use AI content tools (such as ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) to generate, refine, and repurpose material
• Conduct user research and create educational content like FAQs, explainers, and case studies
• Assist in building AI-powered marketing flows for email, WhatsApp, nudges, and onboarding journeys
• Track content performance and assist in improving copy, CTAs, and conversion rates

What We’re Looking For

• Strong writing skills across both short-form and long-form content
• Comfortable using AI tools for ideation, editing, and content repurposing
• A fast learner with a generalist mindset—adaptable and execution-focused
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva)
• Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented, creative mindset
