Marketing Intern - Content Writing

We are seeking a dynamic and curious intern who thrives at the intersection of content, creativity, and digital strategy. As a marketing intern, you will play a vital role in researching and generating impactful content ideas, formulating digital and social media strategies, and contributing to the creation of engaging content that brings stories to life. Your primary responsibility will involve managing the front-end of our content pipeline to ensure the team receives well-researched, structured, and clear content inputs. Your role will require strong leadership in overseeing the content input cycle, from gathering accurate data and brainstorming content concepts to preparing briefs and coordinating with communication and design teams for timely execution. Your efforts will be instrumental in raising awareness, driving engagement, and amplifying the voice of circular economy, clean-tech, and sustainable development through compelling content. Key Responsibilities: Content Ideation & Planning: - Research trending content formats, campaigns, hashtags, and thought leaders in sustainability, climate, and innovation. - Identify content gaps, audience interests, and competitor strategies to strategize content types and formats. - Plan content topics aligned with business objectives and audience preferences. - Develop a structured content pipeline and calendar with defined timelines, themes, and deliverables. - Create and document a data-driven digital marketing strategy encompassing SEO, SEM, email campaigns, etc. Data Collection & Development: - Gather factual information, case studies, industry trends, and market insights pertinent to our sector. - Source data from reputable publications, official reports, and credible websites. - Compile all essential data for written, photo, and video content creation. - Prepare comprehensive briefs for designers, videographers, and relevant stakeholders. - Ensure clarity on content direction and purpose for creative teams. Content Writing & Execution: - Simplify complex topics such as sustainability or tech solutions into relatable, human-centric narratives. - Research and craft video scripts, outlines, and talking points. - Generate high-quality written content like blogs, articles, social media captions, newsletters, and web pages using industry-related research articles and case studies. - Continuously monitor and analyze content performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to refine strategies based on insights.
