Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and industry mapping to identify target professionals and corporates in Bangalore
Generate leads for study abroad applicants
MoUs with Colleges and Universities
Promote DBA / MBA / PhD programs offered through global partner universities to working professionals
Generate leads through field visits, digital marketing campaigns, corporate outreach, and professional networking
Engage and counsel prospects on course structure, fees, and career outcomes
Build relationships with HR and L&D teams of companies for corporate admissions
Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets
Maintain CRM records and report regularly on performance

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Study Abroad Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
1+ years of experience in education marketing, B2B/B2C sales, or corporate outreach
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confident, ambitious, and result-oriented professional
Knowledge of Bangalore's corporate sectors
