Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive (Admissions) to drive student enrollment through effective marketing, outreach, and relationship-building initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and a proven ability to meet admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing activities to achieve student admission targets.
• Conduct school visits, events, seminars, and other outreach programs to generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, educational consultants, and community partners.
• Handle inquiries from prospective parents and guide them through the admission process.
• Create and distribute promotional materials (online and offline) for admissions.
• Track, report, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / any relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
