Job Description

Role & responsibilities Build and manage social media calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Strategise and implement organic and paid campaigns to drive engagement and visibility Create engaging and brand-consistent content (posts, videos, reels, case studies, and newsletters) Analyse marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite Assist with SEO, SEM, and email marketing campaigns Coordinate with sales/product teams to align content and campaigns Represent the company at startup conferences, exhibitions, and industry networking events Contribute ideas for brand collaborations, influencer engagement, and marketing partnerships Preferred candidate profile Good understanding of social media tools, digital marketing techniques and content planning Hands-on experience with Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and email tools Strong writing and visual storytelling abilities Creativity, consistency, and a structured work approach Knowledge of basic SEO/SEM concepts and analytics tools Self-motivated and adaptable to a startup culture Experience in a startup or agency environment is a plus
