Job Description

Role Overview

Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between the Marketing team and other departments
Coordinate and ensure alignment on all marketing initiatives across functions
Provide executive support to the Head of Marketing including calendar management, travel arrangements, and email coordination
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns and events
Drive additional brand initiatives such as pop-up stores and community activations at coworking centers
Conduct market research and compile reports to support strategic decisions
Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials
Oversee marketing projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams for flawless campaign execution

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in a marketing or executive assistant role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams
Bonus: Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM platforms, or event management tools
