Job Description

As a Marketing and Sales Representative at Standard Strips India Limited, located at the Head Office on Neelam Bata Road, Faridabad, you will be responsible for promoting GP Coils and related steel products. With a focus on the steel industry, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and maintain strong client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client connections, and ensuring the timely processing and delivery of client orders. You will engage in market research, competitor analysis, and participate in industry events to represent the company effectively. Additionally, you will be expected to generate leads, convert them into orders, and provide regular reports on marketing performance to the management team. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, preferably within the steel industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools is advantageous, and the ability to work independently with a focus on achieving results is crucial. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of 50,000 - 70,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, the company offers Provident Fund benefits.
