This role involves managing documents, coordinating with vendors and media, supporting internal events, and assisting the Marketing Manager with daily tasks and campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Documentation: Organize and maintain marketing files, records, and vendor documents. Vendor & Payment Coordination: Follow up with vendors, process payments, and track agreements. Advertisement Scheduling: Manage ad schedules, release orders, and coordinate with media outlets. Media Coordination: Work with media partners for ad placements, creatives, and performance tracking. Event Support: Assist in organising in-house events and promotional activities. Administrative Support: Help with reports, presentations, and daily marketing operations. Meetings & Reporting: Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
