Job Description

As a Marketing Operations Executive, you will support our global marketing team in managing multiple strategic projects and in executing cross-channel marketing campaigns. You will work with internal stakeholders (design, content and demand gen) and external partners (sales, admin, and customer advocacy) to drive operational excellence across fixed marketing initiatives. You will bring your creative, analytical and project management capabilities to implement and optimize campaigns and improve workflows.

  • Owning the relationship with our project management & CRM tool (Zoho), including updates to workflows, automation options and account admin.
  • Owning the operational marketing calendars across social media, email campaigns, and other lead generation activities.
  • Day-to-day updates and administration of our knowledge hub.
  • Supporting the collaboration between several teams by scheduling meetings, sending agendas, taking minutes and updating communication and project status tracking.
  • Support with establishment of new campaigns.
  • In time, establishing yourself as a key point of contact and source of knowledge with Marketing Operations.
  • In time, becoming integral to empowering the department, reducing churn and bottlenecks, and improving visibility into activities.

Required Experience & Skills

The ideal candidate should have a passion for marketing, and good understanding of content and design from marketing POV. They should have demonstrable project management skills within a marketing context, and ideally have an understanding of/experience in marketing campaign management.

The role would suit someone with 1-2 years project-based marketing experience within a digital-first company. Other backgrounds such as those from entertainment marketing or media agencies (for example) will be considered if the candidate has relevant experience and can demonstrate the right skills, such as:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and other MarTech.
  • Shows initiative and is resourceful in finding solutions.
  • Able to think creatively and strategically, apt with both left and right brain thinking.
  • Data literate, familiar with standard marketing campaign measurements and KPIs.
  • Stakeholder management essential, but further, should be a natural collaborator.
  • Understanding of marketing content and good design sense.
  • Account management experience a bonus.
  • A self-starter, with the ability to manage own workload and multiple projects.
  • Fresh with new ideas, bringing them to the table with passion and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
