Role Description

The Managing Director will oversee and manage all aspects of Shri Satguru Agromills' operations. This includes leading strategic planning efforts, managing resources and budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving business growth. The Managing Director will also coordinate with department heads, foster partnerships, and represent the company in public forums. This is a hybrid role located in Bhopal, with some work from home being acceptable.


Qualifications

  • Leadership and Management skills, including strategic planning and resource management
  • Financial skills, including budgeting and financial planning
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills
  • Experience in agriculture or related industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master's degree is preferred
