Manager, Technical Consulting (Salesforce Technical Architect Experience Mandatory)

The Technical Consulting Manager is responsible for successfully designing and managing the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for customers. You are a big picture thinker and an in-depth problem solver with broad and deep knowledge and skills. Your systems are designed for high volumes and critical points without failure. Your solutions are long-term and scalable with customer growth plans. You have experience integrating systems via APIs and a strong development background. You lead and motivate a team to meet targets and enable growth. Responsibilities include collaborating with client stakeholders, leading technical design sessions, providing oversight of Salesforce projects, defining coding standards, managing technical delivery, debugging issues, participating in technical activities, liaising with Salesforce product teams, and maintaining an expert level understanding of Salesforce products. Requirements include an understanding of systems architecture, key design patterns, data sharing and visibility considerations, authentication patterns, data integration tools, environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies. You must also have a strong background in design/development of large web-based systems, CRM experience, and Salesforce platform experience. Other responsibilities involve leading a technical team, traveling to client sites, maintaining billable utilisation targets, enabling team members on Salesforce products, working with global teams, and achieving relevant Salesforce certifications. You must be flexible with work hours to accommodate global project deliveries.,
