Investigate and determine employee needs
Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies Plan employee referral programsUse HRIS, Recruitment Marketing toolsSource and find candidates qualified for open positionsperform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecastDesign, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer tests etc.)Reviews employment applications and background check reportsFind bottlenecks in the recruiting processPerform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshopsPlan procedures for improving the candidate experienceSuggest measures for improving employee retention Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting teamUse sourcing methods for hard-to-fill rolesAttend career and college fairs, and similar eventsDetermine HR and recruiting KPIsCreate and present KPI reports
